EasyHarborWatches offers the following return policy:
All watches are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty unless otherwise noted. EasyHarborWatches.com will accept returns within 10 days of purchase if the watch you purchased is found to be defective or unsatisfactory. Watches must be returned in new condition and all watches carry a return seal which must be intact in order to honor returns.
Upon return, your watch will be inspected. We will repair when possible, exchange with identical replacement or refund money if the watch is sold out.
After the 10 day return period, buyers should use the manufacturer's warranty for all claims. If you need help to file a warranty claim, we will be happy to assist.
